Comments:
split tempo today. 3 miles at 6:10 pace, 3 minute rest, then 1 mile at 5:49. 6x200 on the track with bobby and drew. took turns leading and surging at different spots. first 4 were about 32-33 and the last 2 were 27 and 26.4. was happy about being able to drop the last 2, especially after a workout, but was completely toasted at the end. ice bath, abs, and upper body circuit afterwards.
