Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
*a couple intervals ran longer, the 2:30 was because of an intersection and wanted 2 mins straight through. the 7:30 was to get me to base of the hill so I could walk it for the 2 min walk interval

Run 8 min without walking(maybe somewhere in 10's as far as pace)
2:00 walk
Run 6 min
90 sec. walk
Run 4 min
1 min walk
Run 2 min
1 min walk

Now go back "up" the ladder so next run is 2 min and then 1 min walk

Total time on feet will be close to 50 min!!
Remember these aren't true speed intervals and please take the walks in between!!
