Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
6 miles...
If all feels well, am looking for the first 3 miles to be a 6 min run with 1 min walks
And the second 3 miles to be 4 min runs with 30 sec. walks.
This is no means have to be fast but just looking for time on feet and building bath that aerobic strength.
