4 miles at uptempo pace...
Uptempo Run
This is what we call an "uptempo" day.
Meaning it's not a true tempo pace run, but if you are feeling good and the conditions are descent, let's try to keep a steady Pace as possible maybe in low to mid 8's if conditions, terrain are descent.
You've been doing this on many runs anyway, so really it's just 4 miles similar to what you have been doing ...only its official this time!!!

Ran 0500 with Brain Smith and few others, first mile is slower b/c we used first .50 as a warmup
