Comments:
I got it in this morning Pezz.. Started feeling better as I went as you can see by second mile time. Stretched before and after....I will Epsom Salt bath again tonight as well.... The last .5mile was entirely walking, longer strides, but just walking....

1 min walk
2 min easy jog
1 min moderately faster


So that is 4 min. And would like to do that pattern 6 times for a total of 24 min.

I know it's short but I think if you are able to pick up the speed on that fast minute without pain that 24 min is enough work.
One day at a time until we can get you back to 100%... well even 90% pain free is fine with me;)
