Would like to increase distance either wed. Or Thursday if all feels well.
How about a .4 mile run/.1 walk pattern..
For 4 miles
It was EHH.... I made 3.25 doing intervals, BUT I'm ok as I had on wedges today so I didn't expect smooth sailing... did my stretches, I've soaked, and I'll stretch again before bed ????
Cool down was fast walking ....
