Comments:
Not a very good run today. I knew I was really tired so I shouldn't do my usual Sunday long run with giant climb. So I decided to do my long run anyway. Well it didn't turn out well. Going up the hill I hit max heart rate. Then I ended up having to walk back because I got the same stitch I got at UAAs, it was strange because I got it going down the mountain not up.
