20 on Lehigh Valley Trail

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 70 and muggy, even at 5am

Comments:
parked at park near 251 and 64. west WEST 9 miles (390) and turned around for 18, then from car did a mile east and back for full 20. felt super strong. build into 7:10-7:20 pace miles 15-18 (black flies swarming me helped), but had to slow down to 8 bc of long bathroom stop at mile 18 (boooo). Def. felt able to drop under 7 for last 2 miles, but would have been a pretty hard effort. As it was, legs felt really tired/sore earlier than I hoped, but never got worse until very end. Water at 4, 7, 11, 14, 18. Gummies at 7, stinger gummies at 11 and 14, gatorade at 18.
