The Real Mo Farah-Inspired Double Part 2: Redemption

Well, I did this run solely for the purpose of hitting 60 miles for the week. Though the pace was pretty slow, I still in over 30 minutes, so ya know it basically counts as an effort. I can now proudly say I doubled for Mo Farah (even if my double is weak af compared to his Olympic double-doubles... also RIP Usain Bolt).

The only things exciting that happened on this run was that I ran past the horse stables (I ran 4 miles down Grand Beach Road and back). A horse scared the living fuck out of me and i screamed aloud. It kicked a giant metal container and the noise make me yell. Yup, exciting 1am runs and all.

But now I got 2 weeks of 60 miles down. My legs are decently sore, but I'm really liking my Ghost 9s. I think they're going to really help me out. I'm gonna take it easy tomorrow and maybe monday, but I still plan on trying to get one more 60 mile week in before I take an easier week. Despite some soreness in my knees (and yeah all of my legs) I still feel decently strong, so I'll attempt to give it one more go. But for now, chocolate milk celebration time, WOOT WOOT! #OneMoMile
