Did a 3 min/30 SEC interval per your request for 3 miles
Finished, stopped my watch and did two sets of stretches, standing up, and started cooldown walk.
At .5 mile paused watched did two different stretches 20 seconds each (and each) leg. At Mike jogged slowly for .25 Mike, finished last quarter mile walking... Did oneset stretches standing at end of 1.5 mile cool down
Tonight floor stretches and Epsom salt soak!
