Ok I think between the last Few months of you doing hard track work, the long runs you got in, and your many hard paced 5ks at Clermont in the heat, Iceland can be a very good day.

It will be tempting to go out really fast with cooler weather but I strongly suggest starting the first 5k no faster than 7:40ish pace.
The idea is for it to feel as easy as possible, so that around mile 4 or 5, you can really get into a groove and see how mid 7's feel.
If at all possible for this race, I would really like to see how you do with taking 100 calorie gel or fuel around mile 5.
I know you hate it, but can be the difference between feeling burnt or feeling better for the last 5k.

Some miles may be sub 7:30's which would be awesome but some may be slower depending on weather, wind , etc., so just take one mile at a time.

Finish the last 5k strong and enjoy the scenery! This sounds like a once in a lifetime chance to me so just run and have fun!!
