Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We were supposed to run a 6 mile kenyan starting at 9 going down by 15 seconds every time. BUT Landry and I were very pissed, 1. NOBODY was at practice, 2. we're the only two who every even try. 3. we aren't going to win state, there's no way. So we ran 2 miles at an 8:30 pace then sat for a awhile and talked. Then did a 7:45 last mile. THEN we had to go back to the half and get Katie.
