Comments:
Bad. Felt uncomfortable on my route, so cut run from 55 to 40. Will do 55 on a steep trail tomorrow AM. Run was on some streets in Asheville, saw a few other runners, but I didn't have a great deal of confidence in my planning. Excited for some bigly big mileage this week.
