Weather: 75 and nice!
Comments:
Another great morning with low humidity and sunshine! Ran around neighborhood and up tempo four miles. Stretched after a mile and then got going. Felt tight slow, sore, and heavy. Def not in running workout/race shape but I don't have to be in the triathlon! Got through it and hope to ride tri bike on tiger tri course today.
