Comments:
Excellent workout today at the track. I felt like getting more mileage in so I ran over there instead of driving. I looked up the elevation of my house... turns out it is 203 feet above sea level. Track is at 72 feet above sea level.
So this was the workout:
Warmup to track
Walk around for a bit
5 x 1-mile threshold w/ 1:00 of walking around
4 x 200m on/off
wWlk around for a bit
Cooldown back home
My legs felt really good so I think it's safe to say they are fully recovered from Sunday. I would have done 6 of the repeats but with the long warmup and cooldown I decided not to.
