Comments:
I did a quick workout before leaving for camp. I warmed up over a mile, did 10x200 at R pace with 200 jog recovery, and a 1.5 cooldown. It didn't go go great, halfway through I had to poo so I pooed behind a tree at the Hubbard soccer field. I did the entire workout on the soccer field. Besides that my splits were fine, but I didn't have time to do my originally planned 16 reps. Overall it was fine, excited for camp.
