Comments:
Would be great if we could get 3 to 4 mile run in today where you are pushing pace a bit. Nothing crazy but kind of like an uptempo pace if you are feeling up to it..which is faster than easy pace but slower than true tempo pace. Maybe low 8's for you right now if feeling peppy;)
