Comments:
Definitely shooting for 10 as the goal and 11 as a bonus if feeling ok.

Hoping we can push this one a bit after the first few miles. Anything close to 9 pace would be an awesome run. You are going to need fuel at mile 3 or 4 and 6 or 7.
Plenty of drink throughout!!!

I tired a little bit of hammer gel at mile 6 and also drank a little bit of body armor somewhere around mile 3-4 and prob 9......Mile 7-8 i needed a bathroom so i had to slow down :( but was good after that. I think I could have ran faster pace if I wasn't with such a big group that I felt I had to hold back and stay with
