Easy run

So if you are racing Saturday, today is looking for an easy 4 miles with a 4 min run / 45 sec. walk pattern.
Just trying to get some miles back in;)

Apparently I did not set my Garmin back to auto lap, and into the first mile I figured this out. So I lapped at mile two. Then three and then four. I'm annoyed, but I feel ok! That's the main goal I know. Another smokin' humid morning..soaked, but I had my water diluted GatorAde ... so not as bad. So far I do not feel any soreness extra unusual.
:) Stopped my watch and did the almost half mile walk/cool down ... Time was getting close, so I did not quite get the half mile ...
