Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ok again we are using this 5k as a workout as we get back into things. I think the main idea for this one is to try to hit a sub 12 mile or two.
I think a great pattern would be .5 mile runs followed by short .05 walks or 30 sec. walks.
Little more brick roads than I remembered... last mile sort of won, BUT I listened to my legs as not to aggravate where we've gotten so far, with "Peri".. I also knew we weren't trying to goal or PR. Humidity was terrible as was heat! But I felt fine in my legs after... made sure we walked around quite a bit before heading back
Please try not to go out too fast for the first .5 though!
That first .5 is a time to be contained and feel comfortable:)!!
