Camp Hangover

Comments:
I ran a little over 5 miles down on the Camp Loop, but cutting early onto Farm Lane. Though I planned on going about 5 miles, this run felt like complete ass. Literally though. My ass and hamstrings were killing me from all of those hills this past weekend. Also my arms were hurting as well RIPPPPPPPPPPPP. And the humidity of this run to top it off, just straight up suckeddddddd. Just not a very pleasant run, but I got through it.

I'll probably take it easy tomorrow again and then do workouts Wednesday and Friday. I'm taking a down week of 45-50 miles, so that should at least feel nice.
