Comments:
Ran over to the track. Football team was practicing but idgaf. Forgot how much 400 repeats suck. Workout:
4 x (400 on, 400 off)
8 x (200 on, 200 off)
I'm super specific about my mileage, so I was actually running 402.25 meters for the 400's and 201.125 meters for the 200's. That way I actually got a total of 4 miles. This track had a 2-mile start line so it was actually pretty easy to see where I was supposed to start/end each interval.
Nearly trucked some random like 8 year old girl who was running with her friend around the track when she unknowingly cut me off right when I began one of my fast intervals.
And damn, didn't feel like I was going THAT slow on my cooldown ffs. I mean, yeah it was uphill but still...
