Exercise Type: Walk
Comments:
Completed my 4 mile intervals...did a faster walk just to cool down and keep stretched. Due to time constraint with work, I was just shy of the half mile today... but I find that on mornings when I'm going to work, and soaked from the run, the walk stretch is better option as a cool down post run stretch.. :)
