Down to MLK for my second tempo. Since I missed the last two weeks, decided to slow the pace to 5:45 but still do 5.

Went well! Split were 5:47, 5:48, 5:40, 5:42, 5:40

HR still too high at the end but that will come. Felt more relaxed longer than last time so that was good also. Nice morning for it.
