The Mustang and me and humidity

August 18, 2017 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: So very humid, and 80s Rain drops starting pre-storm at the very end

Comments:
Backlogging the past week. this run was at 5pm with Matt S. from his house. We ran down to Tennyson and onto the western ridge trail north to boundary bridge. Back along the valley trail and back up to Ridge and back to Matt's. I've been away from humidity too long to feel good in these conditions. Pace was slow and I needed that. Matt has been sick, so he too seemed fine with the easy pace. By the end, when we were coming back up hills, I felt lousy, but Matt who had worked the final hill was even more beat at the very end. We took it in very slowly form the park to his house ans a storm came upon us and squeezed some of the humidity from the sky. A Lion passed by as we peeled our soaking t-shirts off to enjoy the rain drops.
