Greenbelt

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After a full day of rafting, went out on the greenbelt and did a workout. Mile warmup, then alternating miles of steady state and tempo for 4 miles, then a cooldown. We waded in the river after. Paces were slow: 8:06 7:43 8:05 7:37, but oh welll. I'm tired from lots of very hilly runs this week and it's hot here and we were worn out from a day in the sun.
