Ok lady ... you are seriously becoming fitter than ever. I think you can have a really great race! We do have to keep in mind it's the middle of Florida summer and this is a night race, but I think if you are feeling ok and the course isn't crazy, you could gout close to 7:30 and feel pretty comfortable. All of your speed sessions have been quality in the 6's and 7's and even some of your easy runs have been close to 8 pace! So you should know that you are fit. I think if you can latch onto a group that is going around 7:30 pace, you will be able to maintain or even speed up for last mile.
But again, this is just a stepping stone as number 1) our main goal is the half marathon and number 2) I'm not sure how legit this race is!!!
