Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ok. Tired again. I need to ice and roll frequently in the new few days before camp. Run was standard loop. I feel decent about my summer training, I know that the schedule that I undertook was aa challenge, but one I thought I could tackle. I managed, through some slow runs and extra days off to keep mileage down so that I can do 30+ at camp and feel ok about it. I was less motivated to push myself out the door this summer, but I still managed very well. With the humidity and general grossness of the last 10 days, I'm feeling ok with my training over the last few weeks and pretty good about the summer in general. I'm excited for camp, being an upperclassman will be an experience, and for the season to start at Lake Forest
