Mile cut down

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up .25 miles easy
Stop watch...Get your stretches in, drink etc.

Run 1 mile fast (nothing crazy bc this is a long workout, but would like it to be a pretty good effort.. maybe low 12's if I had to guess)
2 min walk
Run .75 miles fast
2 min walk
Run .5 miles fast
2 min walk
Run .25 miles fast IF have time. Not sure when you will be doing this so may have to cut it short and if so you can skip the .25

The idea of this cutdown is to either maintain pace or speed up each shorter interval, so let's really try to see what we can do but don't go out too hard:)
