Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ok nothing crazy but we are going to try to jump up to 6 mikes and prob. Hit 8 the following week if all feels well.
It's been awhile since we went over four, so let's really try to stay steady take one mile at a time.
I think going out the first 3 mikes in a 5 min run /1 min walk pattern would be ideal and then the second half of run you could either stay with that or go down to 3 min run/30 second walk pattern.
But either way just keep putting one foot in front of the other!!;)
