Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
*felt great!!! (After lol) . Ran all but 20secs in the 3rd lap of last repeat.
This can be done wed. Or Thursday depending on your PT schedule and how you want to incorporate it.
But it's def. a harder type one!!
Warm up .5 miles easy
Run 1 mile fast- (but don't go out too fast) maybe somewhere in low 11's if I had to guess depending on hills, terrain, weather etc.
Complete 3 to 4 min. Rest
Repeat two more times for a total of 3x 1 mile!
This is a hard one, but very doable for you at this point in training. I think you are ready to do all 3 with very limited walking but see how your body feels and walk when you need.
Just take one at a time.
Cooldown .5 miles very easy!!!
