Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
*just was not feeling it today. Doing 3 tomorrow and hoping it goes better lol...trying not to get nervous about the half in October :-/
If all feels well, I want to shoot for 7 miles ..
Let's see if we can take the first 4 miles to run a .5 mile run with short 30 sec. walks in between.
The last 4 you can feel free to stick to same pattern or choose to increase run portions.
Please take one mile at a time keeping in mind that we are not worrying about pace or speed still!!
