Cool down jog/walk

Comments:
Stopped after 2.25, stretched out my shins and lower legs (Achilles area) ...Then I Cooked down by jog walk routine...tried not to watch the Garmin just pushed it out.
It was hot, hot, hot!!! Did I mention Miserable!
