Weather: a little chilly but not horrible
Comments:
we went on a warmup withthe team, then i did two mile threshholds with the varsity guys, and one more by myself. i was supposed to hit 12:30. i need to work on my breathing, and also, i felt like i was pushing it too hard for it to be a threshhold. after those, i did 2 200 meter repeats. then i went to the weight room anddid hips.
