Comments:
after spending at least half of the day asleep (and the other half resting), I finally got myself up to go for a run at 6:00 and made it out the door by 7. I didn't learn from yesterday's mistakes and snacked a bit before heading out the door, so I had some cramps throughout. my watch was dead, so I used Ana's old watch and just did a 45 min steady state, for simplicity. avg pace was around 7:45 and I felt good, apart from the cramping. the temperature was a lot better than the last couple days and it made all the difference.
