Comments:
I was going to run the whole 5 miles on my own before practice, but about a mile in I stopped at the cci pool to check on the balancing tank and ended up being there much longer than anticipated so I didn't have time to do 5 miles. I was able to finish the run at practice though, because the weightroom was closed so we just went on out run right away.
