800/300 splits as follows: 1) 2:41/:54 2) 2:36/:53 3) 2:33/:53 4) 2:25/51 5) 2:20/:51 total time: 34:22. man it felt good to see what the ol legs could do. didn't feel like i was overexerting myself and i was able to stay on pace. i was the last person to finish who ran the workout but hey but they the guys who ran it with me are gettin in good shape.
