Bad news is I didn't get it in last night (work changes coming), BUT I got it IN...just this morning.Other news is some BIG changes coming to work.. some starting before I go out of town this weekend, which may possibly prevent me from attending tonight as my office is once again relocating.. and I'm currently in limbo if this will be today or tomorrow...
However, did the intervals, as suggested...I did however walk 2 minutes at the end of the 1st two miles. I didn't think about it until after my first set of easy/walk/faster/walk intervals to hit the lap button, so I just have the miles in. My cool down was a mile: jog 2min./ walk 1min./jog 1min./walk 1min.... just played around with it so I was stretching but not totally walking.. So far this morning, feeling good...wore flats today

Still want to work on speed stuff..

Run .25 easy
1 min walk
Run .25 fast(low 11pace or high 10 if possible)
90 second walk...

Do this pattern until you hit 4 miles...if run out of time 3.5 is ok;)
Really looking for the .25 jogs to be light and steady but the .25 fast ones to be a good effort!!

Hoping the 90 sec. walk in between is enough recovery time..
