Tempo running...

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up with .5 miles easy walk/jog

I think you are ready for this but please take short walks as needed.

Run 2 miles at tempo pace (this is not like fast intervals on the track...maybe close to high 10's for you right now if I had to guess. )

Take full and complete 4 min rest...

Then do it again!!
2 mikes at tempo trying to keep a steady pace that is faster than easy pace but certainly not all out!

Obviously weather, terrain, hills etc. will all play a factor, so effort is most important!!;)
