Comments:
BJ, Lucas, Paolo, and I did a 3 mile warmup, 8x1000m workout with 400m jog, and a 2 mile cool down at the Wonders field. We had a great workout and stuck together the entire time. At most I was 1 to 1.5 seconds off the boys, but I was mostly with them. I felt off the first 2 reps but then got a lot better. We yelled at some people that were in our way that "we're coming in hot". Besides some foot pain in the warmup, everything felt good. Probably one of my better workouts and happy to do it with the boyz (even though our cool down was dick lolllll)

Disclaimer: My phone is stupid so the splits might be a second to 2 seconds off. Oh well.
