Comments:
Easy 3 miles before flight would be great.
However you want to do it.
The long run will be harder type effort!
Ran 3.5 mile intervals, 4min-1min for a majority.... a fast walk but "break" at mile 2 about 1.5+ minutes...finished and did half mile cool down, all walking quickly this am
