With dash in the dark coming up I wanted to see where my 2 mile time was at to get an idea of how I could perform. I warmed up for about 2 miles in a 14:28 time frane. Then, I did dynamics as if I were actually running a meet. Without anyone pacing me, I ran an 11:36.99 2 mile along a windy exclusively-sidewalk curvy path. The finishing kick was entire into the atlantic ocean winds. My 1 mile time was 5:44. Without the qind I wouod've easily been sub 11:30, and with some people to pace off of and a little work on not dying in the second mile we can work that down much lower. Afterwards I cooled down w/ an 8:08 mile and some leg drains
