Easy 4 coming off sunday long run...
IF you have time and happen to do this at night, 5 would be better. But I know in the mornings there is time constraint so don't push it!!

Anyhow I'm thinking a .5 mile run (stop stretchtch)

And then finish the rest of the run with a .5 mile run/.1 walk pattern
Well did it, the last mile half was a bit tiresome but I think it's because yesterday was an 8 hour car ride home ...longer than expected, then I couldn't sleep til almost 1a....but I finished!!! The first half Mike after the warm up, my watch goofed, so I stopped it and adjusted....I didn't get the full .10 walk in, but I peppered it in...played with my cooldown, jogged and walked various distances not long either,,,,,
