I'm really looking for this one to be quality...

Warm up very easy for .25 miles

Stop stretch

Run 2 miles shooting for a time of 24 min or under!!
I don't care how you do it, but obviously this is a tempo type pace so it needs to be a pretty quality effort.

I think if you really try to keep the run parts in the 10's and don't walk too much, you will be able to hit both miles at 12 min pace.
Obviously this is just the goal. Anything close would be a great effort.

Cooldown easy .25 miles at least
