Weather: ~60 degrees, Rainy
Comments:
Recovery run. I wanted to maybe make my legs feel less crappy today, which worked. Heartrate was wayyy too high in the beginning though. Like >170 bpm and I was jogging at like 9 minute pace. Which was super scary. But it evened out after a bit, so I guess that's fine. I guess I'm not as much of a morning person as I used to be.
