No clinic tommoro..
Might as well take advantage of pre Hurricane...!
Whether in morning or at run club, let's shoot for 2x 2 miles fast with a .5 mile jog in between bc I know you don't like to stop.
So Run 2 miles at tempo pace (this is not like fast intervals on the track...maybe close to high 7's for you right now if I had to guess. )
Jog easy .5 miles or stop to rest.
Then do it again!!
2 mikes at tempo trying to keep a steady pace that is faster than easy pace but certainly not all out!
Obviously weather, terrain, hills etc. will all play a factor, so effort is most important!!;)
