Comments:
So sad that the CCT is closing soon. Did 6 .5 mile runs at 5k race pace with 2:00 recovery. On numbers 2,3, and 4, I stuck next to Jack, on the other three, I was about 4-6 strides behind him. Going up the bridge to finish was fun. Nice and rainy. Felt under control of breath, and legs felt decent.
