Not 100% pain free-but then again, perhaps I never was before the injury either and just notice it now. 4x800 with 2min recovery on CCT.

Uphill: 3:05, 3:35 (missed the trail marker)
Downhill: 2:58, 2:38

Ran in the sandals. Squeaky but fun. Gotta stretch my calves now : )
