Comments:
Watched the girls tonight so I wouldn't have been able to do an outside run with daylight. No worries, opted for the treadmill in that hot garage we have. Opened up all the doors, put on some tunes and just zoned out. Body felt pretty good and the work done over the weekend gave a good charge to the aerobic system.
After the run, set the treadmill to 10% @12mph and did some uphill strides/charges? for 20sec. Holy moly, opens up the hips like no other! It was good.
