Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I have been dreading this workout since I did it a year ago. It's 12 min uphill tempo and then 2 less hilly but still not flat tempo miles. It was really humid and I felt a little lightheaded during the warmup but it turned out mostly fine. It was really hard, but I made it through. I was very close to the back but not far from my usual running buddies. There was no way this was going to be easy or feel good, so I'm ok with how it went.
I also lifted afterwards, which was super hard because my legs were already really tired
